Krish Shines with Strong Recovery Drive in RMCAT Round 4

Young Indian karting talent Krish Gupta showcased his resilience and racing spirit at Round 4 of the Rotax Max Challenge Asia Trophy (RMCAT), delivering a remarkable performance after a challenging start to the weekend.

A technical setback in qualifying left Krish on the backfoot, but he quickly turned things around with an impressive charge through the heats. Demonstrating consistent top-five pace, he finished 12th in Heat 1 and 10th in Heat 2, steadily climbing the order.

Lining up 10th for the Super Heat, Krish engaged in a thrilling race-long battle, moving up to 8th place at the chequered flag. His determination carried through to the all-important Final, where he started from 9th. Krish fought his way into the top 7 early on and, after a hard-fought contest, secured a commendable 5th-place finish.

Speaking after the race, Krish said:
“It wasn’t an easy weekend after the qualifying issue, but I’m really happy with how we recovered. The pace was strong, and finishing inside the top 5 shows the progress we’ve made. A big thanks to my team and supporters for standing by me.”

With this result, Krish continues to strengthen his reputation as one of India’s most promising young racers on the international karting stage, setting his sights firmly on stronger results in the rounds to come.
