Anshul Gandhi, who brings a solid steely dedication towards Formula 4, has already begun testing with the team that supports him, CRAM Motorsports, which is also powered by Hitech GP. Coach Niccolo has been mentoring Anshul for this championship that features around five rounds at Yas Marina Circuit and Dubai Autodrome over consecutive weekends beginning on January 22, 2022.
Anshul Gandhi represented India at the age of 16 as a single-seated debutant in the fifth round of the Spanish Formula 4 season, held at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia on September 18th and 19th, 2021, where his finishes looked as follows:
Race 1: P18
Race 2: P20
Race 3: P17
The FIA Formula4 UAE championship has been on Anshul’s mind as he prepares for higher levels of competition.
The purpose of the FIA Formula 4 series is to help young racing drivers to make the transition from karting to single-seat racing. Open to drivers of 15 years and above, the Middle East’s F4UAE features 20 Championship races across five rounds, held at both the Dubai Autodrome and Yas Marina Circuit. Each race event is believed to have its qualifier spherical for the two starting days & the ultimate round of every race event remains the third day.
The 2022 F4UAE Championship is as follows:
Round 1: January 20-23, 2022 – Yas Marina Circuit
Round 2: January 28-30, 2022 – Dubai Autodrome
Round 3: February 4-6, 2022 – Dubai Autodrome
Round 4: February 11-13, 2022 – Dubai Autodrome
Round 5: February 17-20, 2022 – Yas Marina Circuit
While being in a conversation with Indian Motoring, Anshul says:
On the practicing days, my schedule has been pretty hectic, but all I want is to perform & give my best, as everyone wants to be at the top, and I strive for it too.
Official pre-testing along with my team has started and I have been allotted car no. 33. While shifting for training & practices to an entirely new team from the last debut I made, I feel my team is very supportive, more like a family & I wish to make my parents’ and team’s efforts fruitful.
I am very excited for this championship, while I am gearing myself up with all the necessary trainings, strict routines striving to be the most effective!
Anshul further added:
Though I train hardest for each championship, I have always focused on the efforts I put in, as being on the road teaches me a lot & prepares me for the upcoming years.
So, I look forward to killing it in this championship, not leaving a chance of a nanosecond as well!
